Carers UK

Registered Charity No.
246329 (England & Wales) and SC039307(Scotland)
Carers UK is the leading national charity for unpaid carers. We support, advocate for, champion and connect carers across the UK, so that no one has to care alone.
Every day across the UK, millions of unpaid carers quietly hold families and communities together, looking after loved ones who are elderly, disabled, or seriously ill, often while handling jobs, finances, and their own health. Carers UK exists to make sure those carers are not left to cope alone. Through expert advice, emotional support, legal guidance, and campaigning for better rights, the charity helps carers navigate some of the hardest moments of their lives. A donation doesn’t just fund a helpline or a website; it gives exhausted people practical answers, reassurance, and the feeling that someone is finally on their side.
Supporting Carers UK is also an investment in the wider health of society. Unpaid carers save the UK economy billions of pounds every year by providing care that would otherwise fall entirely on overstretched health and social services. Yet many carers experience isolation, poverty, burnout, and declining mental health. By donating, you help fund campaigns that push for fairer treatment, better workplace protections, and stronger support systems for carers nationwide. It’s a chance to make a direct difference to people who spend so much of their lives caring for everyone else.
